Is it possible to disable full ticket content being included in email notifications?

When a new ticket is submitted, by default my user receives an email with the full text of the ticket.

We’re using Zammad to handle sensitive issues and want to avoid the ticket content being propagated outside Zammad when not necessary.

  • Is it possible to disable these notifications complete?
  • Is it possible to limit the notification to one without the content i.e., like “You have a new ticket”

Cheers!

  • Used Zammad version: git develop branch
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: n/a

Easiest way would be to disable agent notifications (per agent):

The other solutions involve code changes which we do not incorage to use. Especially because updating get’s harder then,.

Thanks @MrGeneration

Is there a way to set the default notification settings, so that newly created agents have the email notification disabled?

There is, but this involces “hacking” and does only count for agent accounts that are created new at that time being. This is also not update safe.
