i try to install Zammad on Plesk. At moment I upload by FTP all file included in .zip
But how to proceed now?

I’m sorry but we don’t use or officially plesk. You would need shell access and a running ruby+rails. I doubt that this is so easy in an plesk environment. Maybe the docker version is a solution for you?
