Include original email in response

Expected behavior:

We want to include the original email in the response to the clients. We found this previous topic:

However, it does not seem like these settings are there anymore.

Where can we find this?

This setting really isn’t easy to find.
You have to open any ticket as an administrator and click on the gear icon at the top right. In this menu you will find the full quote setting and if you change this here it is changed for every user.
