Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 3.4
- Used Zammad installation source: 3.4.0-1592470089.65376a81.stretch
- Operating system: Debian 9.12
- Browser + version: Firefox 77.0.1
Expected behavior:
- When ticket A is combined into ticket B, there should be information or a link about ticket B on ticket A.
- The second idea is to put the entry / URL “Merged to ticket no:”
Actual behavior:
- Now there is a Merged entry only.
- The agent sees the Link option and knows, but the Customer view has no such field.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Merge two tickets
- Check the view from the customer’s account
I tried to use custom.css but the documentation did not describe this case ex Custom ticket view
