In the merged ticket give information about the target ticket

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.4
  • Used Zammad installation source: 3.4.0-1592470089.65376a81.stretch
  • Operating system: Debian 9.12
  • Browser + version: Firefox 77.0.1

Expected behavior:

  • When ticket A is combined into ticket B, there should be information or a link about ticket B on ticket A.
  • The second idea is to put the entry / URL “Merged to ticket no:”

Actual behavior:

  • Now there is a Merged entry only.
  • The agent sees the Link option and knows, but the Customer view has no such field.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Merge two tickets
  • Check the view from the customer’s account
    I tried to use custom.css but the documentation did not describe this case ex Custom ticket view
