How to get the complete list of variable names?

I was looking for documentation on how to find variable names.

I saw this answer on variable name for ticket body.

Hi, can someone tell me the variable Name to include the Ticket Body in autoreply Mails created by the trigger module? i’ve tried #{ticket.body} and #{ticket.content} but i get: #{ticket.body / no such method} regards Celevra

Have you tried using ::? This will give you a list of available attributes:
