I was looking for documentation on how to find variable names.

I saw this answer on variable name for ticket body.

Is there a complete list or any documentation on how to find variable names?

Have you tried using ::? This will give you a list of available attributes:

::? is pretty nice, thank you. “article.body_as_html” doesn’t show up within the list, does it? Best regards, Uli
