Host not reachable - SMTP Email configurations

Requesting your kind assistance.
Thank you for sharing if there is someone already encountered the same error and fixed/workaround the problem.

• Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
• Used Zammad installation type: package
• Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
• Browser + version: any

Expected behavior:

• Can configure imap and smtp like gmail

Actual behavior:

• host not reachable

To All, Requesting for your kind assistance, If there is I need to run a command or restart service to work again the Email. Tried using same gmail account and network details of my zammad server to other system imap and smpt works fine only have problem when using at zammad system.
