HELP to Response to zabbix requests

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: Версия Zammad 6.2.0-1709021816.ef020c54.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
    What I have:
    When I receive an application from zabbix, I can respond to it and a response will be displayed in zabbix, for example, I wrote a message and it was attached to the application in zabbix or I closed the application in zammad and the application was closed in zabbix
    what I wanted to get:
    When receiving an application from zabbix, there is no response button, as for example when applying via mail, when closing an application, nothing happens in zabbix eitherWhen integrating zabbix and zammad, I used the official documentation
    Does anyone have any thoughts what I could have done wrong?
