Heavy load after restore

Hey there,

i moved my Zammad to a new server via the backup/restore script:

Since then im getting a 503 error when trying to visit the site and zammad/ruby is consuming all ressources:

Thats the output of top -ic

Any idea whats wrong or is it normal that it takes some time to rebuild Zammad after a restore?

Hi @oschmidt ,

I ran into the same problem today and for me the solution was to delete the file /opt/zammad/tmp/pids/server.pid. Looks like it is included in the backup and when restoring the backup, Zammad thinks that it is already running.
