Heavy load after restore part II

• Used Zammad version: 2.5.0-1529668954.708c86ba.xenial
• Used Zammad installation source: Ubuntu Repo
• Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS

I have to “reopen” the following topic:

Heavy load after restore

Hey there, i moved my Zammad to a new server via the backup/restore script: [47] Since then im getting a 503 error when trying to visit the site and zammad/ruby is consuming all ressources: [45] Thats the output of top -ic [41] Any idea whats wrong or is it normal that it takes some time to rebuild Zammad after a restore?

I have the same error again.

I did the following:

• Made a backup via the script (Backup and Restore — Zammad System Documentation documentation)
• downloaded the backup files (*_zammad_files.tar.gz & *_zammad_db.mysql.gz)
• Reinstall a plesk vServer
• Installed Zammad (Install from package — Zammad System Documentation documentation)
• create a subdomain and edited the vhost config (/var/www/vhosts/system/zammad.****.de/conf/vhost.conf) (zammad/contrib/apache2/zammad.conf at develop · zammad/zammad · GitHub)
• test to see if zammad is running and working/visit the subdomain zammad.****.de everything is fine i can start to “install” Zammad.
• restore via “./zammad_restore.sh 20170507121848”
• Visiting the domain will result in a 503 error and heavy load on the server
