hi,
I have a zammad with an health check in error with
/api/v1/monitoring/health_check?token=xxx
{“healthy”:false,“message”:“unprocessable mails: 8”,“issues”:[“unprocessable mails: 8”],“actions”:[],“token”:“xxxx”}
but i have no way to check what is the issue and i cannot find a way to reset the health state to catch new errors. Is there a way ?

Once you’ve checked that folder and its contents accordingly the health check will be healthy again afterwards.

oh thanks i found the file and deleted them in
/opt/zammad/tmp/unprocessable_mail/
i searched for monitorin not specificaly for unprocessed mail in the forum !
