From email address


  • Used Zammad version: 3.3
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) .deb
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: Firefox latest

I managed to setup a zammad instance an configure a gsuite email account for the email channel. The settings allow you to specify additional outbound email addresses:

However, all emails on ticket creation etc. keep the main address as the ‘From’, not one of the ones specified here. I’ve been looking over all settings and in the docs, but I can’t find anywhere I can specify which ones to use?

I want to link my own gmail account to zammad, but have the emails sent as if they come from ‘support@…’
