Format Telegram messages (v2)

This was raised before, and unfortunately closed; so I can’t provide my input or provide support.

Title: DO NOT strip formatting from Messages please

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
  • Large Telegram messages are unreadable without some level of formatting, even if very basic.
  1. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
  • Sending prepared/pre-written “pretty” text modules or Knowledge Base articles into a ticket, but then all the formatting is stripped for no reason.
  1. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
  • No idea?
  1. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
  • I’d like for this formatting stripping to simply not occur, as Telegram supports both HTML formatting and Markdown as well.

Your Zammad environment:

  • Average concurrent agent count: 10
  • Average tickets a day: 200
  • What roles/people are involved: Head of Community, Community Moderators / Customer Support agents, Head of Marketing and COO. I’m the CEO of the company servicing this customer with this team (we implemented and configure/maintain Zammad for this customer, and are doing extra developments/integrations with Zammad, as we’ve been considering developing our own Ticketing System before, and found out about Zammad, so we preferred to simply build on-top of it instead to avoid reinventing the wheel).
