Format Telegram messages

I’ve noticed that Zammad strips all formatting from a message, when it’s being sent through the Telegram channel. Markdown-style (*bold*) or HTML-style (<b>bold</b>) is also simply ignored and passed on to the recipient as it was written originally (e.g. *bold*).

However, the Telegram Bot API supports formatting in any of those two styles:

It would be great if Zammad allowed one of those two styles for message formatting, as this would help make larger replies more readable. It would also allow to format parts of a message as code (<code>code</code>), which makes it possible for the recipient to copy those parts to clipboard with a single tap.
