Feature: Agents can subscribe to threads


Would it be possible to add a “Subscribe” button for Agents so they can subscribe to tickets that they are not assigned to but receive notifications for them?
A use case we often have that a groups manager that would cover the ticket assignment could follow “important” discussions this way without the need to have that particular ticket always open but would receive a notification for it just how when he would be assigned to it.
