This feature was already requested here expand all responses and it would be great to have this possibility as CTRL+F within the ticket does not work when the replies are collapsed.
There is often the need to search through complete tickets and also find the search result directly there.
This is the most requested feature within my whole team. Using the browser’s Ctrl+F function would be the only way to search within a ticket with lots of notes/replies.
