Email trigger (auto reply on new tickets) should have a CC field

Hi,

I would like to hava a CC field when using email notification inside trigger editor :

  • send a copy of the email notification to an email address (or mailing list). Right now I have to set the email address as recipient in addition to the sender of last article.
  • send a copy of the email notification to the original CC (aka #{article.cc})
