I think Zammad could benefit from making ticket lists in overviews collapsable.

- What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Overviews can consist of high numbers of tickets. You can arrange them more clearly by using the ‘grouped by’-feature. But that results in scrolling down long lists if you are not interested in every single group.
Admins could create overviews that are more precise and show less tickets, but some general overviews (like ‘open tickets’) can have long ticket lists.
- Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
For example an agent who has to see all tickets of his collegues, but is only interested tickets of a certain group.
- Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
If there is a high number of agents working in the same team it is not always feasible to create individual overviews for the individual people.
- What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Make the headings of grouped overviews clickable. By clicking them you can collapse the subsequent ticket list. Almost like an accordion feature.
