Closed tickets not appearing in the list

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.2-1771697203.a67cb65a.noble
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Self-hosted standalone
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome Version 145.0.7632.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected behavior:

Listing all closed tickets in the list

Actual behavior:

Not listing all the closed tickets in the list but still counting them

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Enter “closed” in search field (top left corner) and shows only the old tickets not the current closing tickets

Any ideas?

What do you mean by that? Do you get a different number of tickets shown than what’s being counted?
