I want to delete all my tickets and users that I was playing with in the testing process. Deleting features are nowhere to be found, I also tried using the scheduler option but it was not effective.

yum remove Zammad and everything gone exactly clean…

systemctl stop zammad
yum remove zammad
navigate to /opt/ then exec rm -rf zammad

I have just a question. Is there a way to delete the hole database to start from zero?
I have tried and configre a lot. Now i would reset the database to start from zero.
