The agents chat window/tab is open but not in the foreground as there are other tasks to do for the agents. Audio is sometimes muted.
why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
There are no other signalling options, webhooks or trigges available.

I would like additional signalling options within zammad and the ability to create custom signalling with webhooks or trigges.
With the help of webhooks I would like to signal incoming chat requestes on an external raspberry display.
Ideas for additional signalling options within zammad:
- Custom signalling sound.
- Looped sound until agents chat window is the active tab or chat request is otherwise acknowledged by agent.

- average concurrent agent count? 2
- average tickets a day? 10
- what roles/people are involved? agents
