Chat: show transcript in ticket body

Currently, converting a chat session to a ticket results in a simple link:

Clicking on that link opens a new window, resulting in conflicting sessions.

It would be great if Zammad could show the transcript right in the ticket body, without extra link. That would also allow agents to reply back by email (currently this quotes a link the customer does not have access to).

FYI, that’s basically how other CRM/Support systems handle chats.
