I was wondering if there is a way to change the default answer method from note to email in Zammad. Our team mainly uses email to respond to inquiries and it would be helpful to have this as the default option. I came across an article from 2019 that mentioned this may not be possible, but I wanted to check if there have been any updates or new solutions since then.
The easiest way is to just click the “reply” link under the last article. That way the article type is automatically “email” and the recipients are entered in “to” and “cc”.
