Bug or feature: include origin email text in answer

Since the last update, answering an email within a ticket does not contain the origin email text in my answer-email. I’m pretty sure it did that before, the same way as it still does when forwarding a message. Is that a bug or a feature? and if it’s a feature, can it be set somewhere?
