At the moment, a ticket can only have one customer.
Have a look at the âShared organizationâ function, this could possibly be a workaround for you.
This allows all contacts of a customer to see the tickets.
Maybe your departments could be customers (with shared organization).
In any case, you should follow the following article.
Just my two cents: Iâd never want the customer to be able to add other customers to a ticket. Because that might be a data leak if the customer is wrong without someone noticing fast enough.
