What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Currently, we cannot change the order of activities on a ticket, which means we have to scroll way to the bottom on tickets with many activities / lengthy email threads. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Either change the default sorting to “newest activity on top” or allow the sys admin to change from current sorting of “oldest activity on top” to newest instead.
I find it really strange that having new activity way at the bottom is the default as all of my colleagues prefer it the other way around, and I would think that this goes for the majority of Zammad users…
I don’t think any further information is needed for this feature request, but if so, please let me know.
I really hope to hear back from the Zammad team on this request and that it is something that can be implemented in the near future ![]()
