Title:Add counter of open/closed Tickets by Organization

Context
- We have diferent support licenses for our customers (premium, entreprise, standard) , and one of the difference is the number of ticket they are allowed to create by Organization.
- When the support guys are working on a ticket they want to see quickly if the limit has been reached by orgnisation
- Today this information is not in the organyzation tab, and you need to search the organization, open it, and count the ticket by yourself only for the current year
Request: - Having the counters in the organisation tab like in the customer tab, but ideally group by year
