1) What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
As Zammad admins, we sometimes want to view the history of specific users. Currently, this is only possible when going to the user’s profile page and then choosing the History option in the Action menu:
However, we often work from the Users Management view as well and we would expect this button to be available there too, but it isn’t.
2) Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
It’s not really a problem and it doesn’t hurt all that much either. It would just be nice to have.
3) Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
This is not a user or site customizable item and depends on code changes in the Users Management view.
4) What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Ease of use and a more intuitive UI design.
