Dear dev,

good day.

  1. I would like to see a Access Control List (ACL) integration to achieve the following:

Hide or show some value based on selected value on another field.
Hide or show some field based on selected value on another field. Its good if we can build our own ticket template.

  1. I also would like to see a ‘Execute bash command/script’ integration in the ‘Trigger Action’ function to achieve the following:

‘Dirty’ integration with another system based on certain action on ticket. The script might be based on any available language (php,perl,etc). Zammad should pass at least ticket id or ticket number through the script
