Zendesk Import fail

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome latest

Expected behavior:

  • Full Import from Zendesk

Actual behavior:

  • Look Picture. Is ist possible to restart the import fom this Point without a Full reset ?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

For completness for others having this issue as you’ve been writing a mail by now…
No, restarting the import process is not possible as of now.
