Zendesk Import and Archived Tickets


  • Used Zammad version: 3.4.0-4
  • Used Zammad installation source: zammad-docker-compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Firefox 80.0b7

Expected behavior:

  • All tickets, including ones that have been archived, to be imported from Zendesk.

Actual behavior:

  • Only non-archived tickets are imported.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Import a Zendesk instance that has archived tickets.

This appears to be a regression of bugs 2694 and 558.

so what you’re saying is that if you run rails r "p Ticket.count" within railsserver container context, the ticket count differs greatly (is a lot less) than the number of tickets in Zendesk?

Any hints in your production log file maybe?
Which Zendesk plan are you using?
