Zammand First Configuration assistance

I have installed Zammad Version 5.0.3 on Ubuntu 20.04.3.

My Zammad server is working well and i added some custom objects for the ticket creation.

At this time im stucking on some points.

  • Is there an option to index the “Custom Object Fields” for the searchbar in Zammad?
  • How I can add the date of status “closed” to the ticket?
  • Can the ticket agent be displayed in the ticket, so the customer can see who is working on it?

Um this is happening by default?
You may want to refer the advanced search documentation in case you just don’t know how to use the search on custom objects:

Use SLA and then make use of close_at which shows the first close date.
Other wise use triggers and custom objects.
