I have installed Zammad Version 5.0.3 on Ubuntu 20.04.3.
My Zammad server is working well and i added some custom objects for the ticket creation.
At this time im stucking on some points.
- Is there an option to index the “Custom Object Fields” for the searchbar in Zammad?
- How I can add the date of status “closed” to the ticket?
- Can the ticket agent be displayed in the ticket, so the customer can see who is working on it?

Use SLA and then make use of close_at
which shows the first close date.
Other wise use triggers and custom objects.
