Expected behavior:

if I close the ticket the views should be updated in a timley manner sometimes we have two wait almost an hour. I guess this are the “delayed_jobs” right?

I don’t know according to the docs the server hardware should be fine. Do we have an unusual amount of views (70) or triggers (66)

unfortunatly I’m no ruby guy can’t find the bottleneck.

Sorry, but could you please specify what you mean by “ladding overviews” ?

Beside that, for 4 agents 70 overviews sounds like a big canon on a very big birdy.
Also I’d bet that you have at least one overview with at least 2000 Tickets (if not all of your tickets in total).

You’ll put your scheduler on 100% cpu time (making it busy so it doesn’t do anything useful) if you have too many overviews and items (beside it doesn’t make sense).

Try to minimize your overviews to what you really need. Zammad will handle permissions, so you don’t need overviews per agent.

Yes that’s what I always said to my boss zammad is a ticket system and not a ticket system with an eMail Strore :wink: eg. we have a “Folder” with eMails fom amazon and so on and they are very big.
So basically we missuse the software.

Do you know an eMail archive I can connect with zammad (like zammad search find also eMails fom the archive?

Sorry Zammad does not have such functionality.
If you want to archive mails (as in archive archive) you could use e.g. mailstore.

Mailstore can hook into your exchange transport queue which is very helpful.
