Why does zammad use flat group configuration and has no subgroups?
Luckily there are subgroups now.
Settings → Groups → New Group, as a SubGroup.
We are considering using Zammad, and need the subgroups for ticket assignment.
If an user is given the rights, subgroups and even sub-subgroups can be assigned.
