Zammad very slow and Update button not working

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 7.0.2-1781669454.9dc15acf.centos9
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Rocky Linux 9
  • Browser + version: newest version of brave, waterfox, firefox, edge, vivaldi

Expected behavior:

  • Zammad is loading quick and update a ticket is working fast

Actual behavior:

  • If I click on a ticket it is loading sometimes very long (around 1-2 min). If I reload the page while loading it is instant there. Same on Updating a ticket → I click on update nothing happens (sometimes no every time) if I reload the page (F5) and I click Update all works fine. There is no specific time where this happen but often at the moment.

And what performance settings have you set up to now, if any?

The performance settings of the mashine are:

4 vCPU - used 5% each
12 GB RAM - used 9 GB

For zammad:

  • Moved Files from DB to Filesystem
  • Increased Puma processes

at the moment max_connection is set to 2000
