Zammad version still stay in bullseye after upgrade Debian to 12 from 11

The version should be “This is Zammad version 6.3.1-1727436232.f6b780c1.Bookworm”

Update “/etc/apt/sources.list.d/zammad.list” ----> deb [signed-by=/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/pkgr-zammad.gpg] https://dl.packager.io/srv/deb/zammad/zammad/stable/debian 12 main
run apt update —> it said all packages are up to date. ( I wonder do I need to wait next update from packager.io? so it will update the version to bookworm? Thanks!)

Also, I already run apt-mark unhold zammad

It said it was unhold already.

Run apt update again, the result is the same, nth changed.

I think you’re telling only parts of the story.
What happened before? Did you upgrade the distribution? And if so, which steps did you take…?

apt update
apt list --upgradable
apt upgrade

Are your best friends in terms of installing package updates. Apart from apt-mark (hold|unhold) zammad that is.

Hey, thanks for your reply. I managed to solve it now.

I recovered my last vm backup and re do again. I found that, I missed to use apt-mark hold zammad first before upgrade everything.

Everything is alright now.
