Zammad Update, ticket context not working

  • Used Zammad version: Dies ist die Zammad Version 5.1.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Firefox 91.5.0

Expected behavior:

In workflows in context ticket there should be one instance of each option: creation mask, edit mask, bulk… blank fields

Actual behavior:
After the update in workflows in context there two instances of creation mask and the blank field inbetween.

You may want to update your instance to the latest version. I’ve never seen that kind of behavior on any Zammad version.

Also double check that you’ve upgraded the way required and noted by the documentation.
