I have been trying to use a trigger and making it a time based event, now when i click on any option apart from till (relative) it doesnt work properly like i want a trigger to work such that when i have created a ticket in 5 minutes i should get an email and the way to do it is after(relative), it doesnt work. The trigger was excuted when the ticket was created.
