Hi, somebody can tell me how can configure a template for response in a determinate case for example if i need conection remote for give support to my client i give click a butom and send a email with the information for remote conection.
You can create a text module (Settings -> Text modules) and then insert them into an answer by typing “::”. This will give you a popup selection list of available text modules from which you can choose the appropriate one
