I mostly use the shortcuts for formatting. I would like to have the option of creating a list here.

It should also be easier to format code-snippets.

Maybe the editor should support Markdown or use RichText-Features.

There’s a feature request already :slight_smile:

I just found out that the shortcut ctrl+shift+t opens the last closed tab in Chrome, so it don’t work in Zammad.
