Zammad sends ticket answer email every minute again

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.6.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: Firefox 68.6.0esr

Expected behavior:

  • Send ticket answer email once

Actual behavior:

  • send ticket answer every minute again

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • only one ticket answer concerned

Is there a possibility to clear the mail que or another option the stop this issue.

Sorry but from the description we did receive it’s impossible to tell anything.
Zammad in theory should break out of email loops in case it’s able to recognize them.

However, we’d need to know how those “answer email every minute” looks like exactly and what it’s content is. If it does affect one ticket only, check what makes it so special and ensure it’s not caused by the sender / receiver.
