Zammad not sending email notifications

Hi everyone,
Just set up Zammad, but email notifications aren’t being sent out. SMTP settings seem fine—no errors in the logs. Any ideas what I should check next?

I have the same problem, but in the MTA settings. It worked for a few days and then stopped. I use sendmail

Zammad will not just “magically not send notifications without errors”.
If there are no errors, the notification mail was not sent.

With the level of information and especially “what you’re trying to do, what you expect and what actually happens”, nobody will be able to help.

@rodmattiolli please don’t hijack threads. SMTP != sendmail so it’s not the same issue most likely. Same here though, Zammad doesn’t stop “magically”.
