Zammad not displayed in Microsoft Edge

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 11
  • Browser + version: Microsoft Edge 110.0.1507.57

Expected behavior:

  • Zammad is shown in the Browser
    Zammad_Firefox_Work

Actual behavior:

  • Nothing of Zammad is displayed in the Browser
    Zammad_Edge_Error

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Open Zammad in Microsoft Edge

The developer console should provide more details here. Possibly also the production.log.

If I’d had to guess: Incomplete database migration and your firefox only works due to showing a cached app version.
