Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1722007696.43d58aa5.focal
- Used Zammad installation type: native
- Operating system: Ubuntu
- Browser + version: Any
Expected behavior:
- Perform ticket modifications in the mobile view
Actual behavior:
- There are no buttons or input fields
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Search in the settings, test with different browsers including mobile. Android, iOS
When we open our Zammad in mobile view, we can view tickets and adjust various settings, but we are unable to modify or update existing tickets.
Are there separate settings for this?
Thank you
Can you maybe add more information what happening when you are inside an ticket? Is there any error message shown?
Hey. No, there is no error message. I can read the ticket and see everything, but there is no input field to update the ticket. The user has admin privileges.
The mobile view is built different if you compare it to the current legacy desktop app. ( Mobile View — Zammad User Documentation documentation )
The option to add a new article, no matter of what type, is “hidden” behind a button:
It’s a mobile interface with limited space available after all.
Thank you; we will check it.
We have another issue. When we try to create a new ticket, the loading circle just keeps spinning. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
We are able to display and load content.
Yes.
Your virtual host does not contain the required changes that came with Zammad 6.0 or your websockets generally due to either FQDN and HTTP(s) scheme being incorrect or an application aware firewall devouring your websockets.
What exact changes or settings should we have made with the update to 6.0? Generally, we don’t have any issues in the browser. When I enable debugging in Firefox, it can’t find the following URL (see screenshot) → did something go wrong with the update?
