Zammad Migration continue after error

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 101.0.4951.67

Expected behavior:

  • Success migration from Zendesk

Actual behavior:

  • Getting error when migrating tickets (users and group migration ok)
    “Problem with ObjectManager Attribute ‘_’: Validation failed: Name At least one letter is required”

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Use Zendesk custom fields with cyrillic name

is it possible to continue the migration (migrate tickets) so as not to start the process from the beginning ?
