Hello everyone,
1- I’ve installed Zammad to my VM ( ubuntu 24.04 ). It is running perfectly.
I tried to migrate Zendesk tickets to Zammad Via console it is not working when I tried to Connection test I got ‘False’
All configurations are true like token, mail address and API link.
2- Time Accounting is not working also
Can someone help me for these problems please?

I am not able to follow you at all.
Also, I’ve checked that all the services like Elasticsearch, Nginx, and Zammad are running. There is available disc spaces also.

When I first tried, the migration did not work, but I found the problem and solved it. I have now completed the Zendesk migration with the migration tool, but I cannot log in. I entered the email address and password I use in Zendesk, but it did not work. I tried to reset the password, but it still did not work. I keep getting the error below.
