Zammad Mail Import

Zammad is successfully logging into the Azure Enterprise Application, but emails remain in the shared mailbox without being imported into Zammad.

Try flagging the emails as unread.

Is this also a problem with new e-mails coming in?

The Mails are Flagged as unread and yes Neither existing nor new emails are being imported

Then you might have an issue with your mail channel configuration. Could you check your production.log and see if the channel is being polled? Is the right folder being scanned? What does your monitoring status page say?

Also: why didn’t you use the support template?

I accidentally used the wrong template. Can it still be moved? I just tested it on another instance. Here, all emails are imported wonderfully. However, after about an hour, they are not syncing anymore. The emails are marked as read in the mailbox but are no longer imported.

can it be a problem with the mailbox eventually?

I also tried changing it from a shared mailbox to a user mailbox.
