Zammad Log files

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20
  • Browser + version: Firefox 98

Where can I find Zammad action log files? /var/logs/zammad only has production.log*, scheduler_, and searchindex-

I would like to know what errors are encountered if and when Zammad sends a email

This can be found in production.log

I already looked there and did not find any mail errors. I have however found some logs in /var.log/mail.log but I think these are for MTA using ssmtp and not when attempting SMTP direct via Zammad.
