Zammad is importing and answering all of my mails from 2018

Hello, I configured today Microsoft 365 with OAuth and it’s importing every mail from the inbox since the account was created. I don’t mind that, the problem is that it’s sending each and every one of the senders a notification that the ticket was created. I don’t know how to stop this, there are thousands of mails. I turned off the server. I appreciate any help, thank you.
