i have installed Zammad. But we would like to integrate Users with Plesk database, ISPConfig , and also we have exchange accounts (two tenanats). is that possible we can use these Exchange, Linux Mail accounts to authenticate users.

it’s not possible to use mail-account like authentication for Zammad.
You can use LDAP or other third parties: https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/settings-security.html#third-party-applications
Integration of Exchange-Accounts is fairly simple, but does only work if you have IMAP and SMTP enabled (Zammad does not support ActiveSync):
