More information from Placetel… according to them a Zammad integration for Webex for Placetel is supposedly currently in Beta testing and will be realized via PhoneMondo like all the other “official” integrations and will cost 7,90 per user per month plus additional PhoneMondo costs 
That means the integration will be more expensive than the Placetel licenses
Maybe the community developers might want to look into creating a Webex Service App to integrate Webex for Placetel into Zammad that can be used for free like the old integration?
I’m unfortunately not able to do anything like that 
Else I would start doing that right now
Is there maybe any other way to at least somehow integrate Webex for Placetel with Zammad? Like for example using the general CTI? I don’t know how that works…
